LDS Guided Tours - Cruise Lady Team

Cruise Lady is a full-service travel agency that caters to an LDS clientele. Our company focuses on offering escorted groups of Latter-Day Saints on cruises all over the world with a "headliner" (well-known and well-loved speaker or musical artist) who will lecture or entertain the group during sea days.

A couple of years ago Cruise Lady also started LDS Guided Tours to offer land trips to Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Church History sites, Germany/Austria, and British Church History land tours, with more land sites on the drawing board.

The mission statement of the company is to offer an uplifting, wholesome and memorably experience with people who share the same values. The company provides a special LDS church service on cruise ships and even a wooden boat on the Sea of Galilee when we go to Israel.

Cruise Lady, although now located in Sandy, Utah, was founded in Olympia, Washington almost 12 years ago by Diane. She moved the business to Sandy 7 years ago and now has a staff of eight people:

Diane Larsen - President of Cruise Lady - oversees all operations and personally escorts most cruises and land tours all over the world.

Larry Larsen, MBA - CFO, Consultant, webmaster, in-charge of personalized DVD's, and husband/working partner of Diane Larsen. He also escorts most cruises and land tours.

Chuck Clark - Vice President of Cruise Lady and general manager of daily operation in our Sandy office. He has been with Cruise Lady for 6 years. He also escorts several cruises and land tours a year.

Karna Hobbs - Executive Assistant in charge of advertising, marketing, group finalization's, technical support, and overflow cruise sales. she has been with Cruise Lady for 7 years and has escorted many cruises and escorted an Israel/Petra land tour in October 2007.

Marilyn Stam - Senior-cruise specialist and administrative assistant on all group sales. She has escorted many Book of Mormon cruises, Alaska cruises,a Mediterranean cruise in 2006,a Jordan/Petra, Israel, and Egypt tour. Marilyn has been with Cruise Lady for 5 years.

Tiffany Johnson - Cruise Consultant who joined the company in 2006. She was a professor at Everest College where she instructed classes in all areas of travel and tourism.

Devon Ogden - Cruise Consultant who joined the company in 2007 after working with another travel company. He studied travel and tourism at Everest College. He has escorted a couple Western Caribbean cruises to Book of Mormon lands and an Alaska cruise.

Tammi Hagen - Cruise Consultant who joined the company in 2007. She has cruised before and traveled quite extensively. She is a natural on the phone and in person. Tammi has a business background and escorted a Western Caribbean cruise to Book of Mormon lands and a couple of Alaskan cruises.

C.L. - Cruise Lady just got "Smart"er with her new addition to the staff. The Company car joined the staff in May of 2008. Diane has had a toy "Smart Car" on her desk for 7 years (a gift from Michael Ballam) as she has been waiting for them to come to the United States and after being on a waiting list for the last 1 1/2 years, it finally arrived. Don't be afraid to honk or wave when you see Diane or someone else from the office "Cruising" around town in this fun new addition!
